The Mustang volleyball team opened up the fall season on the road Thursday night with both the varsity and junior varsity squads taking the court in the Battle Creek Triangular.
Both Mustang teams went 0-2, falling to West Point-Beemer before dropping a match to host Battle Creek. "It was so nice for the team to be back on the court tonight, playing other teams, in uniform, in front of spectators, and getting that first games under our belts," said junior varsity coach Lorry Morfeld said. "I'm so proud of these girls. They are working hard, learning the game, asking questions, stepping up, and stepping in to leadership roles." Want to see more photos from the games? Click here.
