What is your best grade school memory? My best grade school memory would be our field trip to the stir museum! Being able to walk around the fake town with my friends was awesome! What is your best high school memory? My best high school memory would be going on my explorer’s trip to California. Being able to explore a part of the world with my best friends is something I will forever cherish. What is your favorite quote? “May you always be the one who notices the little ways light pours through, reminding you within the chaos there’s more to life and more to you.” What is your advice for incoming freshmen? My advice to incoming freshmen is to take your schoolwork seriously, do your homework and listen in class but enjoy life and never take anything to seriously. These next four years will fly by. The best grade school memory I have is when we were at track and field day our kindergarten year and after we all got done with everything we got Popsicle that were basically half the size of us and we just sat and ate them on the benches down at the field. What is your best high school memory? Honestly I would have to say being able to be part of such an amazing group of girls in cheer and dance. Do your homework and also have fun in high school. It goes by super-fast. Be true to yourself and don’t change for anyone. What are your plans after high school? I am going to Wayne State College to major in elementary education with a special endorsement in early childhood education and a minor in information technology education. I would tell them to cherish their high school days, because you never know when it’s going to end. I would tell them to focus on school, but still make time to do the fun things too. What are your plans after high school? My plans for my higher education is to start at Wayne State College and go into Pre-Medicine. Then, I plan to get into the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) and to finish my schooling there until I get my Doctorate Degree to become a dermatologist. I hope to complete my schooling and then come back around this area since we don’t have many dermatologists around here. |
